ENGINEERING HIGHLIGHTS
- Replacement of all existing MEP equipment and infrastructure in a condensed time frame.
- Developed emergency / standby power system for the entire campus including four (4) 2 megawatt diesel generators.
- Extensive energy modeling was used to determine proper sizing of all MEP systems and the viability of co-generation for the campus.
- Worked closely with the confidential client staff and architects to gain a detailed understanding of project requirements to design building systems that meet the immediate and long term goals of the client.

THE DAYTON’S PROJECT
The project consists of the renovation and repositioning of the Macy’s building (formerly Dayton’s building) located at 700 Nicollet Mall Minneapolis, Minnesota.
