The downtown Chicago operations facility retained McGuire Engineers to help design 162,000 SF of high-density trading floors, including a new disaster recovery site occupying two (2) separate tenant suites, tenant renovation, and extensive network cabling and power upgrades.

The project consists of the renovation and repositioning of the Macy’s building (formerly Dayton’s building) located at 700 Nicollet Mall Minneapolis, Minnesota.
