ENGINEERING HIGHLIGHTS
- Ongoing improvements to public spaces including corridors, lobby and restrooms to update the building and meet ADA accessibility standards.
- Implementation of Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as new VAV boxes to direct digital drive and promote more comfortable, cost efficient environments.
- Multiple tenant build outs to update building systems and improve efficiency and comfort for occupants.
- Installation of an ultra-high efficiency multiple compressor chiller and upgrades to accompany systems to increase energy efficiency.

The project consists of the renovation and repositioning of the Macy’s building (formerly Dayton’s building) located at 700 Nicollet Mall Minneapolis, Minnesota.
